Lisa Kotelniski



Lisa Kotelniski is a passionate artist, dance instructor and innovative choreographer. The dance bug bit early at age five and Lisa has been seen performing ever since. Throughout her youth she trained extensively in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, hiphop and musical theatre. She has trained all over the United States at prestigious institutions including, Boston Conservatory, Joffrey School of Ballet, American Academy Of Dramatic Arts, Broadway Dance Centre, Steps on Broadway and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. In 2016 she graduated from Victoria School of the Arts achieving her International Baccalaureate diploma in dance.

At only nineteen years old she has represented Canada at the World Of Dance competition in Seattle placing third, performed in Disneyland, achieved her grade 6 Al Gilbert tap examination and received multiple scholarships. She most recently wrapped up Fiddler On The Roof at Festival Place playing the role of Chava and is currently being mentored by Shelley Tookey. Lisa is thrilled to be given this opportunity to share her passion and knowledge with students and be apart of the AAOD team.
