Miranda Hack is a dancer and performer from Edmonton, Alberta. Beginning dance at the age of 3, Miranda has taken the opportunity to train in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, lyrical, as well as other performing arts including acting and singing within the Edmonton area. Miranda has been fortunate enough to travel to Chicago, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Florida, Anaheim, and many other national and international cities since pursuing a professional career in the arts. After graduating from Victoria School of the Arts in 2019, Miranda has taken the opportunity to audition for the likes of prestigious dance programs, Cruise ships, as well as local music videos.
With the help of the Victoria Foundation of the Arts, Miranda was able to participate in the Source Dance Company for their 2019/2020 season. Though cut short, she was able to learn from outstanding choreographers including Director Joanne Pesusich, Joshua Beamish, Chanel Lacasse, Christie Lee Manning, and many more. Miranda has since been accepted into the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a dancer/entertainer. She has travelled to Miami, Florida to train for the Brilliance Voyage, and is excited for her return after the COVID-19 pandemic has concluded.Being back home has brought new teaching opportunities for Miranda. She has also joined the Dance Code team for adult contemporary drop ins, as well as substituting during the week. Miranda is over joyed to be starting her new teaching journey, and is anticipating her new start as a teacher at Amanda’s. She is so excited to be joining the Amanda’s Faculty, and cannot wait to work with the student’s next fall!
